Paco was instrumental in helping Atletico New Mexico Youth soccer Club to form in New Mexico, in the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Los Lunas areas. Bringing his knowledge and love for the sport and for children to develop as well rounded players and people. Here is just some of his experience:

Instructor at the National Coaching School, Royal Spanish Futbol Federation.
Paco is a renowned coach who has been with At. Madrid for 18 years in coaching roles and Sporting Director of Club Methodology. He has trained world class players such as Fernando Torres, Koke, Saul, Morata (Chelsea), De Gea (Man U), Theo (Real M.). He trained them during his time as the U14 coach. Paco is currently over seeing international scouting for the Club and has been coming to the United States during his off season to train U.S. players for the past 10 years. This is how he and Nate C'de Baca have become great friends, and began planning out Camps and Club training for New Mexico Youth Soccer.
